We can act on your behalf advising on and developing a realistic planning proposal that we will manage through the planning process on your behalf.

We can enter into a Subject to Planning Agreement where if the planning application is successful we can agree to purchase yours and your neighbours land.

We can purchase outright, land that we consider suitable for re-development.
