We wanted to downsize. We spotted Woolcott Homes' Ashley Lane development of bungalows and we went to investigate. The design and the quality of finish were impressive and the developer was happy to accommodate some of our specific requirements. We sold our house, but it later fell through and so we lost the chance to buy at Ashley Lane.

Woolcott Homes suggested that we look at their new development at Orchard Hill, we reviewed the plans and were delighted to find a suitable bungalow.

We found that funding our purchase in stage payments made planning our move a reality.

For us, the Orchard Hill development is just what we wanted and. construction is now well underway. We are being consulted at every stage and we have the opportunity to agree the final internal layout and fittings.

It's extremely exciting to be so involved in creating our new bungalow.
